Treatment for Venous (TOS)
- Dissolve the clot whilst doing a venogram.
- Decompress the triangle by taking out the first rib and compressing ligaments.
- Fixing the vein if required by a patch.
- A repeat venogram with the possibility of a stent if required.
- Anticoagulation for 3-6 months.
